Has there been a change to your property?
There are a number of reasons why your property's assessed market value may change. One of the reasons is if there have been changes to your property. Have you made any significant improvements, like building a deck, an addition, or other renovations? Perhaps a garage has been torn down, or a deck has been removed. It's important that we know about changes to your property because changes may affect market value. To report changes to your property click on the My Properties link and log in using your user id and password. Then click on the property roll number and select the details tab. You can then click on the pencil icon next to any attribute and send us a comment or updated information.
