Assessment & Taxation’s front counter at 457 Main St. is closed until further notice.

A public access terminal has been relocated to 510 Main Street (Susan A. Thompson Building) for public use from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, for the duration of the closure of 457 Main Street.

Income and Expense Forms - Requests for Information

On this page you can view requests for information that have been sent to the owners of various property types. You can view the forms associated with each request by clicking the link in the right hand column.

2019 Income and Expense Data – Request for Information

The Assessment and Taxation department will be mailing out the formal request for income and expense information for commercial, hotel, and multifamily properties on Thursday, May 28, 2020.  The due date for completing the questionnaires and returning them to the department will be Thursday, June 18, 2020.

To enter your information Online:
Click on the Secure Login link in "My Properties" and create your account by filling in your private user ID#xxxxx and roll number.
