Requests for Information - Income Expense Forms

On this page you can view requests for information that have been sent to the owners of various property types. The most recent request appears at the top of the table. You can view the forms associated with each request by clicking the link in the right hand column.

2010 Income and Expense Data – Request for Information

The Assessment and Taxation department will be mailing out the formal request for income and expense information for commercial, hotel, and multifamily properties on Friday, April 8, 2011. The due date for completing the questionnaires and returning them to the department will be Monday, May 2, 2011.

To enter your information Online:
Click on the Secure Login link in "My Properties" and create your account by filling in your private user ID#xxxxx and roll number.
